Now dump that car and buy a 5 speed :p
that's what happens when your eyes speak instead of your brain! but I'm good, cause its my first car, and I'd rather have this and learn how to drive, I'll have plenty of 5sp experience later on... just gotta get to know the car first, get to know the driving...

I learned to drive on a 5 speed, and my first car was an auto E30. It sucked, so I did the tranny conversion.

this E30 is your first one right? how much did the conversion cost you? how long did it take you to do it?

I spent between $1,200-1,500 on the swap alone. I am not sure how long it took though because I did so much other stuff at the same time.

I honestly don't think its worth the money and time unless your car is just that fucking clean, or you've already owned the car a long time and done a lot of mods and didn't want to sell it (my case).
