Dude, with the state our US postal system is in right now, mail gets lost all the time. If I ship USPS it's priority so I get a tracking number.

That sucks OP. I hope the rest come through. Unfortunately R3V is the only place where I have had bad transactions. Be careful when using the classifieds is all I can say.

My thing is, I've contacted many member about a item, get a PM, about said item, then never hear about it or from them again,

I would think if you were selling a item that you'd stay on top of who wants to buy what,

Haven't had any bad dealings yet, and I'm on many forums, had a bad time on the Vortex VW forums!! Got away from that quick!

R3v is no different than any other online community, every family has it's shitheads.

Sorry to hear OP. This is why you use paypal and never send it as a gift. That way if someone want's to be a douche, you can get your cash back.

(Paypal has saved my ass more than a few times.)

I guess you should be a smart consumer and not always go with the cheapest price. A good reputable seller will always have good communication and respond to PMs within 24 hours and take pics and have a good reputation. If a guy takes a week to respond to your post then do you think you will get your item in a timely manner? I waited almost a month before for an item I bought and finally told the guy that if I didn't get a tracking number within two days I was going to file a dispute with PP. He refunded my money instead of shipping the item. Be a savvy consumer. Buy from sellers that are known to sell good quality parts for a reasonable price...cheap is not always worth it in the end!

I do apologize for the problems with my recent transactions. I'm glad you guys got your handles!

411: the reason I didn't re ship you another handle and just refunded you the money was that I barely make any money on these handles anyway (7 bucks a handle roughly) and shipping to Canada cuts into that even more. I decided that refunding your money would end up better for both parties. Once again though I do apologize for the poor communication on my part.

I'm local and in Dallas. What do you need. I'm about to get rid of all my e30 stuff, including a 90 325i.

I've had a couple of boot sets get lost in the mail, and my wife has about 3-4 packages a year get lost. It happens, the USPS is just like that.

If you ship a lot of stuff its really expensive to ship priority since the rate increase. It doubled the cost for my little envelopes.

Edit: I'd also like to see itrader here but most people don't leave feedback anyways. I've sold over 100 boot sets and don't have a feedback thread, and only 2 rates on bf.c

you can still track using USPS first class if you have the program. You should be using one anyway as your boots are a natural for lightweight first class trackable. email me and Ill send you what we use

I only ship priority if requested, everything else goes first class parcel. Maybe $3 max, and it comes with an envelope number.

I'll pop you a message, I need to get a price on shifter bushings anyways.
