Would be cool if it was a quality piece.

I was thinking of making myself one and see how it fits and how it holds up over the next few weeks. If all goes well and people show interest, maybe I can provide the community?

That's actually a really good idea. Mine's pitted bad (for some reason the paint on it chips super easily) and is pretty scraped. I should do this.

^^^^and it would match my CF decklid. If you do a CF M Tech, do it E 28is length, they look better wider. My current 535is wing weighs as much or more than the decklid itself.

The vinyl looks almost real anyways unless you pull out a magnifying glass.. and serves as a protective layer. A friend just did the frame of his R6 and it looked awesome.

That's what I'm thinking too. And personally, I don't want an expensive carbon piece 3" from the ground in the front of my car.

Well I thought I'd update this thread. I got a quote back and in order to make an mtech spoiler (or is lip or anything of similar size) It would cost about $1000 for the initial mold and materials and then some change to make each unit, so I guess that won't be happening for a while :p

Sell 5 at $200 a pop you're back to even, it's the price of business.
