In WI you can get a classic plate; however, you have to park your car in January. If you want to drive in Jan then you will have to pay extra for that month.

i have a 89 but i am in cali :( my 79 bronco still requires test only smogs as well. damn this place!

here in ms i didnt even have to have an inspection to get my tags..moved down here after xmas got my tags right after and still no inspection hehe
