    The pictures of the e30 in the driveway matching the streetview of the address in Cliffwood someone found pretty much confirm that its Kevin in Cliffwood. Unless Kevin in Cliffwood just so happens to be the victim of some very elaborate identity theft and someone is using his identityto pull off their scheme (I dont think this is the case though)

    Call his local police?
    You can call your local police, and report the scam. Don't directly accuse him, as you don't have 100% proof. Report an anonymous scammer, submit all the evidence, and they will find him and work with his local police. Or the FBI.
