Don't like wheel spacers?

While machining some wheel hubs today at work, I was thinking about designing some e30 wheel hubs that would be 5mm, 10mm,.. ect thicker than the OEM ones. Using this wheel hub would be more rigid than the traditional spacers.

Just wanted to get some feedback and opinions

Nah dude just cut the caliper brackets and shave the inside of the rotors. Should work fine and be perfectly safe

why has nobody done it? because it ain't cheap to machine the tolerances required for the bearing surface

and there will be a shoulder on the new hub for the rotor to sit in its original position. duh
