This might be a l'dumb question, but do CAN cars go through the same l'federalization process as US cars? I only ask because of the l'presence of US 'llipsoids and bumper mouldings.

Must be a latter '91 car with that 6-speed and B38, worth inquiring about to see if it's a pile of shit that needs gobs of money thrown at it. The hood position seems a little off from that crap picture too, could it be... l'acci-dont?!
