Sounds right. Once freshened up it's probably worth over double.
But you need to low-ball even more on that. We R3Vers are notoriously known for getting what we want ....

Go look at it! You never know how cheap you can actually get it until you there in person with cash money.

Already ahead of you. He had it listed for $3300 and I lowballed him, but he is stuck on $2800. Need to head over there and check it out, but this job thing is just getting in my way.

finding an e30 that is under 3k is getting harder. getting one that's semi nice under 3 is hella hard. i hate the M42, but that's 100% preference. if you have the money it will make a great toy.
                  Much wow

if it is in good shape, no surprises, well maintained and not molested, it is absolutely worth that.

                      faded paint
                      cracked dash
                      ripped bolster?
                      that's a $2000 car.
                      but it really depends.
                      tires?
                      suspension?
                      fugly tint?
                      too ticky of an m42?
does it sound like a mini kubota?

Tell me about it ... Most of the ones I see for under 3k are rusted out or gots one too many problems.

So far it seems alright, going to check it out later this week hopefully. As for the history and such, the guy doesn't have anything on it. He bought it from an older gentlemen, who had owned it since 2011 and thats as far back as he can go.

Apparently this car has an AC delete? How hard/easy is it to get the AC working back up again?
