    It would be worth what you could sell it for.

    For reference,

    A customer of mine bought a really clean 133,000mil 83 323i coupe for a little bit more than what this heap is listed for, so take that as you will, also kronus here is working on an 83 323i as well, but I don't know if he disclosed his purchase price.

      I believe you can put the 323i head on a 2.5 block and swap the flywheel for higher compression and better throttle response. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

          Put it on a 2.7 block. Euro eta pistons will add more compression, too.
