Lots of US parts on the front end. Rear muffler looks like an early 318i M10 muffler or half of the E21 323i dual exhaust (doubtful)"I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj
85 323i M TECH 1 S52 - ALPINEWEISS/SCHWARZE
88 M3 - LACHSSILBER/SCHWARZE
89 M3 - ALPINEWEISS II/M TECH CLOTH-ALCANTARA
91 M TECHNIC CABRIO TURBO - MACAOBLAU/M TECH CLOTH-LEATHER

looks to be a bit beat down. A 1985 323i is even rare over here too, but being a 4 door, it has little to no value over here. Why change the head, just put a complete 2.5 in there if you wanna swap things. The exhaust was probably changed when it was imported, most 323i cars were non-cat. over here.( the reason so few exist today)
That car is worth maybe 500 dollars- and that would be to part it out, even though most of the euro stuff is missing or bent to hell on it.

THANKS EVERYONE ahah i just noticed the ugly sidemarkers , would this car be worth anything if it was restored back to euro spec , mtech 1 ,new front bumper , remove sidemarkers , rebuild engine stock add maybe a cam , new paint and full houndstooth interior ?Last edited by e30m20TurbO7; 03-31-2013, 04:42 PM.
