Considering the rice ness of the vehicle, the custom body kit and the custom engine sazz. I would probably offer him around $1000-1200. And the guy does say it has no rust so you should go check it out.

Yeah, no OBVIOUS rust.
I never could understand why people put that tacky plastic wire loom of all the wiring and hoses. It ALWAYS looks like complete shit, regardless of color.
