Reckon there's a Waffle House across the street and he was trying to show off for his waitress girlfriend.

1) It's georgia so there most certainly is a waffle house across the street.

2) The ownership of an e30 denotes a certain amount of style and panache (regardless of the ability to negotiate a turn in the presence of a speed bump) that would be difficult at best for the waffle house employee to appreciate and reciprocate.

There is no WH GF.

There are quite a few neighborhoods that match the details in the pictures and they are spread all over metro Atlanta. I know plenty of places where that house isn't, but that doesn't help much.
