I'm guessing it's because he always drives with the windows up and the a/c on.
Shit, I didn't know they had that option!
Maybe the salt? But my sister has a 2005 Civic with higher mileage and zero maintenance and it never had this issue. I think it's just this model of Mercedes.
I guess not.
Trust me it didn't. He brings his car in whenever there is an issue which is why he brought it in when it started pulling a little.
I should ask if he was trina drift!Comment

Had an e30 do a similar stunt one time, spring broke and the fender dropped onto the tire at 40mph or so and a smoke show shot out of the side of the car as that side dropped. It was very noticeable... Made a slice like that within the 30 seconds it took to pull overShawn @ Bimmerbuddies

There's no way this wouldn't have been very noticeable besides pulling to one side..
...I myself have driven a car with a spring resting on the wheel like that and some quite obvious noise appear plus the steering acted quite weird....ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)Be Afraid Of The FutureComment

That would have made a TON of noise as well. Tell grandpa to turn up his hearing aid. ;)Last edited by george graves; 05-16-2013, 03:13 PM.Originally posted by Matt-Bhey does anyone know anyone who gets upset and makes electronics?Comment
