    Finished winter projects!

Almost done with all the winter upgrades...
I still have to mount my new rear flap (thanks Marcus!) Sync the TB's and adjust the valves.

    What I did.....
Remove coil and mount, mounted up jakobs 65,000V coil and Ignition Solutions Plasma Booster. Got some NGK iridium race plugs. 2 steps colder then stock, with a weird ground plug.

Removed all the AC stuff and remounted the AUX Fan.

Fabbed up a new external airbox, it's extremely Ghetto, but will work for a while.

Replaced the ALT, after I broke it taking it out. Total DUMB ASS move, I could not get the bolt off the back, and it ended up turning the stud and loosing the connection.

Installed a 78mm M5 Alt Pulley, still trying to source a PS pulley.

Installed a new thermostat and flushed coolant.

Fixed some broken plastic after my old E3 front lip mated with some R&R tracks

Installed new Kulp Motorsports oil pan. I wish I took a few more shots of the baffles, it has 2 big ones on piano hinges. It's huge!! With the EVO undertray, it touches the oil pan!! but do to the curve it clears ok. I hope the hot pan doesn't melt it. I added over 6qts of oil! Now that it's level, I might need to add more.

Then did some little other things...

I have not driven the car yet, I just finished putting the bumper back on, and lowered it off jack stands. It was raining buckets today, and not good for a test drive.

    Here are some pics....

Cool stuff Mike. Your M3 gets better every time I see it.

Sharp looking oil pan. Similar to the DTM one, yes?

Thanks guys, yes it does looks sweet! I almost didn't want to install it!

The pan is a improved design of the DTM pan, the DTM pan is case alm, and has bolt tubes going threw it like the stock pan, it's also flat on the bottom.

This one has a billet top section (better sealing) no bolt tubes (better oil flow threw the pan), is sheet alloy (better cooling, stronger) and then the curved shape will keep all the oil in the center around the pickup, the baffles are also HUGE!!

It doesn't even compare to the stock one!
