MTech euro sound option?

Oh ok ok as my rears in my car have no built in tweeters and apparently I have a premium sound system in my vert. Mine being amped too. Maybe a euro premium system?

Only thing I haven't seen before are the plastic enclosures. I wonder if they are for vert or sedan.

This is what confuses me? Annoyingly he doesnt ship to America either as I would buy this for the enclosures and research. Theres also tweeters built into those plastic enclosures as most premiums I see here have no rear tweeters just the 5.25 in the rear (verts that I have done)

i think those must be for a cabrio if they are even for an e30. i guess they could conceivably fit under the that grill in the rear arm rest but that area is really tight. the problem with what is pictured in that auction is that the amplifier is the standard premium sound amp. i don't think it has an extra output for those tweets. i guess you could just add an electrical component in there to choke off the lower frequencies.


i saw a factory e30 in dash cd player twice. on one of the occasions, the guy had the original build sheet for the car(92 cabrio), the sticker price for that sound system was around 3000 dollars.

i saw a factory e30 in dash cd player twice. on one of the occasions, the guy had the original build sheet for the car(92 cabrio), the sticker price for that sound system was around 3000 dollars.

I have been looking for this for some time, ever since I saw a minor glimpse of it from a movie in 1991 where a guy took delivery of his brand new e30 vert from a BMW dealer only to crash head on into a bus shortly after.

Does anyone have pics of the elusive E30 BMW factory CD headunit??
