          The clear version might be worth trying out on a patina'd car that you wanted to keep from getting worse. Hell, it might even be a good idea to use it on good paint; it would be like long-term wax.

          I'll be curious how the product holds up to the weather and carwashes.

            I think detailing supplies, polishes, waxes are the best bet for good paint. This stuff is more for unusual surfaces and whatnot

                              I was really hoping this was the treatment for electronics. They use a hyperbaric chamber to force the coating into the phone or whatever you're waterproofing. Supposed to last the lifetime of the product...
