    What to do with my e30?

    My air conditioning took a crap so I posted the car for sale.


    The car has a clean AZ title but a interested buyer did a carfax Found that it was totaled In 1995 and when it was titled in Michigan the salvage title disappeared so knowing this the car is not worth crap and I don't want it if I can't fix it up so what do I do with it?

              If you can't tell the car was totaled over 15 years ago by looking at it or driving it, and have to rely on a carfax to tell you, I don't think that immediately qualifies it as worthless.



              but hey, if its worthless to you I'll give you $200.00 for it.

                  I can but now I'm not sure if I should put another dime into it even when the a/c worked it was pitiful and makes me not want to drive it

                  A paralell flow condenser may make it decent but I don't want to spend $700 to see

                                          Do you have any idea where the car was hit? How about the quality of the repair? If the repair is good and you have a good AZ title, I wouldn't care too much about Michigan in '95.

                                          That looks like a pretty nice car in the pics. Fix the AC that's shouldn't be any big deal.

                                              no, maybe it was stolen it lists an accident in arizona in 1998 as well but I have been through the car from top to bottom and if it was tottaled they did a good job repairing it because everything looks fine.

                                              I was thinking about bringing it in for an alignment to see if anything is out of the ordinary but it drives great

                                              I had big plans for this car but now Im not sure if I should bother

                                                  How can you ask $3500 for that thing man? It doesn't have a/c. Its basically worthless. I'll trade you for some ocean front property I own thats not too far from you.

                                                          I agree with rwh, make it a race car, that is, if you have the dough for another DD. Does Phoenix international raceway still do autocross?
