M50 Price?

How does 1800 for a complete Vanos M50 with harness and a 1 year warrenty from a salvage yard sound? Is that a pretty good price?

Anyone know of any good place to find a VANOS M50 in so cal? Thanks

Man you're in LA (sorta), there are tons of M50's around. $1800 is too much. You can routinely get M50/tranny/wiring/dme for about that price locally from Harouts or even lookin the classifieds. There's a guy parting a 95 325i and selling it's M50 for $700 in the recycler.

Did you talk to Harout himself? anyway, doens't matter. There's a bunch of yards in Sun Valley next to Harouts, try some of the lesser known yards like Elite.
