Just push them in?? I cant imagine that they would auctually stay in, or atleast not wobble and assrape your leather or whatever cover you have...

You have to take off the seat back to correctly install them.

does it secure in the back somehow? or why would you do that

push them in, and bend the prongs inward so they don't poke the seatback. if you don't, they will stay in but they will poke your back and hurt. if you do it right you won't even notice they are there.
