    What to do with my freshly blasted valve cover?

    Hmm . . .

    Its so clean, i hate to paint it.

    EDIT: TJ, this is the on I got from you with the permanantly affixed masking tape on it! ;-)

                  I painted mine "Aluminum" with 500 degree paint. Looks hot. The new engine will have that painted aluminum along with the intake manifold. Thats my vote. Have your engine match mine!

                      I was actually considering red krinkle coat when I do my valve cover/manifold. I know people will bitch about red, but I think it would look really cool in an engine bay. I've always loved the krinkle-finish red valve covers in Ferarris, and I know my car is no Ferarri, but I'll be damned if it doesn't look badass. Also, I think it would look really good with the black (car color).
