Lol at the FWD hate. But one of the best handling FWD cars should have been RWD.

      VW Corrado.

I've been in a AWD MK4 Jetta... A buddy of mine just got done converting his to AWD by using a wrecked R32. The car is only the second AWD MK4 in the US and the only one in the east coast at the time he did his conversion. Some others have started the same conversion but have never finished.

I would actually like VWs & Audis if they made their cars in RWD.
Well... you can buy one if you have enough money... it's called a porsche.

Could you convert it to just RWD by using the AWD from the R32, without the FWD components? Not sure how the VW AWD system is designed but it sounds possible.

If this thing was a front wheel drive car it would just be another rice burner few would want.
But it's rear wheel drive and totally bad ass :)

Rear wheel drive 95 accord = bad ass
Rear wheel drive geo metro = bad ass.
Rear wheel drive ford temp = bad ass

Someone photoshop a stock e30 doing a front wheel drive burnout.

HELL NO! If you know what you're doing (which includes having appropriate tires for conditions) RWD is stupidly awesome in the snow.

You can't steer with the front wheels spinning.

Granted Mopar did sell a kit to turn it into a V8 RWD.

                              Agree with the Mazdaspeed 3

SRT-4 would've been pretty cool too.
