No worries, sorry it took so long! BMW told us they opened a specific department in the US to specifically handle Euro parts orders in order to speed up these requests. Doesn't seem to be working very well if that is the case.
That is correct in this circumstance. Places in the states like ECS/FCP usually don't want to bother with ordering blocked Euro parts so they'll list them as NLA on their sites. A lot of dealers will even say that a part is NLA when it's just blocked.
The only real options then are to order directly from Europe, or order using a title for a Euro spec car through BMWNA (we'll do both). Really the main downsides to ordering directly from Europe is additional cost for shipping and thetime to get parts.
We're happy to help anyone out ordering blocked parts, just shoot me a PM or email.

I got those parts from Schmeidmann. They are not NLA.
No reason to not get them from Blunt, just sharing another source.

Thank you for coming through and being able to get these. As far as I can see, you are the only person online who has been able to get these.Leave a comment:

I should be able to get those. $6.67 a piece, just need a copy of your title to order.Trying to track down the bumper stops for my touring's hatch: 51241947883

I found an auction on ebay, but the picture doesn't resemble the part...

Part in the auction looks more like the stops used for the car's hood. Number 8.
Confirmed, I should be able to get those within a few days.Last edited by DealinDave@Blunttech.com; 02-14-2018, 01:07 PM.Leave a comment:

Tie rod levers for the E30 M3 strut housings seem to be NLA.Leave a comment:

Even some dealers will say something is NLA because they either don't know the process or simply don't want to deal with it. This has been especially true with blocked Euro part orders.
My guy is telling me there are plenty of the 61131376193 and 61131376191 available. Let me know if you need to get more and I can shake the trees at BMW.Last edited by DealinDave@Blunttech.com; 01-30-2018, 01:42 PM.Leave a comment:

Interesting, all the places online I looked at said it's discontinued. I'm guessing the dealer is going to give me the same run around, but I won't know until I try.Leave a comment:

This is what I've been using for years:
unfortunately gage sizes are limited - doesn't work very well for ignition switches, etc. I used to buy a bunch of the larger gage size from BMW, and the rest I'd get as generic parts.
Thanks! Yeah, it specifies only up to 13 AWG on the male and 17 on the female. The two part numbers I gave are both male, but one has a larger diameter for the thicker wires. Luckily, the ratio of thick to thin wires is in our favor :)Leave a comment:
