I didn't want to say anything, but I agree, same car, same photoshoot. Had it been a different car from the same shoot or the same car, but different shoots it would be fine IMO.

Im pretty sure the initial rules said one car per month, so Im sure it was an oversight. I mentioned it when I voted, but that must've also gotten overlooked. Im shocked #25 didnt make it. Perfect pic for fall... *shrug*

Those two pictures were submitted by two different users. We did not choose to put these photos into the calendar. All we did was choose the best 30 to get voted on. As a community, depending on the shots, some were chosen and some were not.

Coincidence that the same car was chosen for two different months, they are at the end of the day different shots. I mean, how often do we get to stare at an E30 under a 3-wall cyclorama studio?

Different shots or not man, its the same car. I think you should contact the owner and ask which one he would prefer in the calendar then choose the next candidate in the running to be in the calendar.

It's only fair.

If people did not want both shots of the same car to be in the calendar, they would have voted for it.

It is completely fair the way it is now.

Thought about it for a while but they are two great pictures that I won't mind looking at for a month each.

However, I was under the impression there was a reason why we as a whole community voted and got to choose which shots were included. If I choose a different picture. I will be discrediting voters who voted for either 8 or 13. That leaves one vote open for everyone. It completely changes the outcome.

I guess it depends on what you feel is the right decision. Do you feel the rules have precedent over the votes? What do you think would make a better calendar (the exact photos people voted for or more diversity)? This is your calendar and you can make the executive decision. If you want to include the photos people voted for, then leave it be. If you want to follow the rules you set, pick which photo of the two had the most votes and select the runner up.

You have some say which photos were in the voting, why not now? I submitted more than one photo and you chose one which would be voted on. As did others.
