The Alpina dam is strong but:

The snow was really dry and fluffy and I only did it before the snow had a chance to melt and crust over.

Also the factory metal valance is under the alpina dam. The dam literally screws to that so its very secure.

Yeah, I need to drive up there to drive C//M my old head, so we're trying to find a meet we both can attend. I will make sure to post on Euroteknik when I am coming up so I can meet Tim and some others. Also, I'm planning on your guys' 2nd Autocross when it is at the Tirerack.

Or as soon as my car fixed, you could drop by and cruise here in Indy as well. It should be out in about a week! (I'm excited) There's sadly not much E30 addicts here, but I could get my Uncle to rolll too maybe (he has a couple 2002s and an E30)

Yeah sorry about the hijack. We can discuss it further through PM Robert. Back to Homer, my roommate has that episode and there is no way you could get a decent pic from it. The underwear part is way too dark, you can't even make out what his jacket says. Who knows though, maybe a good pic will turn up somewhere.
