What car did you give-up for the E30? Post pics

If I'm not mistaken I believe there's a small percentage of owners here who gave up a newer/better/faster car for their E30.

Here's mine, 99' 540/6 Dinan stage 3 with 57K miles:


I gave her up because I was seeking something with a nimbler step for canyon duties as well as driving feedback equivalent to BMW's slogan of "The Ultimate Driving Machine" without breaking the bank.

Anyone else?

Sold this 3 months ago, stock 1991 NSX (sold an 1988 e30 m3 to buy the NSX).... now have 1985 m10 318i euro, slick top, manual steering, non-power windows, and 1991 m42 318is.

1996 s10 Blazer, my dad bought it new, 258k original drivetrain. Hit two deer side by side. Replaced all of the body panels with color matching junk yard parts for around $400 total but it was never the same. Now its retired as a deer and firewood hauler. edit: lol I guess this would qualify as more of an upgrade to an e30 oh well Blazers are BA

id give mine up for that maybe, manual euro e24 would be very very tempting, e34 m5, e34 540i/6 msport, a 944 turbo, any 911, and e38 swb 740i with a 6 speed swap, an LS3 swapped range rover classic, an alfa romeo gtv 1750 theres a bunch of cars i would consider
