1993 Audi CS90 quattro. My father bought it new in Austria, I killed it rallying in 2011. Great machine, miss the quattro. In fact, if you google CS90 quattro, the first pic (engine shot) is mine as I sold it. Dead engine, broken wheels for $400.

Bought the E30 three weeks later for $350.

Was looking for a E30, and in my searching this M5 kept coming up. Bought it, drove it for a year and it was a great car, but wasnt exactly what I was looking for. Sold it and bought an Eta and couldnt be happier. At times I wish I had kept it, but I love E30s. E34 cant compete with the connection

Gave up on a lump of rust shaped like a Zinno 1988 325iS with every luxo fitting and toy and got a green 1986 320i Euro spec sedan with no toys: No sport leather seats, no 13 button OBC CD changer electric everything for a car with a floor and strut mounts.

I daily drove the e30 m3 I had for a year and a half before selling it. Probably drove it more during that period than some people drive their e30 m3 that they have had for 5+ years (so no regrets). Then bought a nsx and daily drove that for 9.5 months put around 10k miles during that period before selling (so no regrets). Bought two awesome e30s in good shape (within a day of each other). I'm the type to daily anything within reason and enjoy it while I have it and sell it when the right time comes. :) So absolutely no regrets. Look forward to more "must drive/own bucket list" cars.

My past two e30s I bought out right so I didn't give anything up for them. My current e30 I traded this 1991 GMC Sonoma ST 4x4 for. It was a 4.3 automatic. Ran great! Cold A/C! Hot heat. and very reliable. The down side, it was rusty...

My E30 is a lot more fun to drive fast and handles much better, but it's also a bit slower and quite a bit more breaky.

Similar to Ocell, this was taken from me by a Nissan Altima going 55 in a 35. It did provide me swap material though.

                            I went from a 2002 Sentra SE-R to my 50 dollar E30.

The couple who bought my Sentra thought I was crazy.

Slightly OT...but did you sell this car to a guy in Portland? Looks a lot like an M5 my buddy picked up right around the time you bought your e30.

I sold it to a guy who kept it for a very short period of time and then it got sold again. Not sure where the guy lives who bought it, but I saw it on the Leavenworth cruise the following year. Does he have the B&B exhaust? Thats probably the only way to differentiate it from the mods the car has (euro lights/ trim). Mileage was ~130k when I sold it. Theres also a ding in the trunklid and some scratches on a bumper from a bicyclist who crashed into the car.
