I wanted to get a feeler for the plastic door cards Im designing for my car right now as my door cards are falling apart. They will be 1/8"(may possibly change) plastic( Im thinking abs or some other smooth plastic) and Im planning on making them compatible with stock door handles. Would anyone be interested in plastic door cards for a two door, possible various colors as well as vinyl wrapping option, and a carbon fiber option(not sure this will be possible). My price estimates for right now is 80-120$.

**Extremely basic design, not to scale. Just to show the basic idea.


I also have rear door cards for those who Delete the rear seats.

That is about how much r3vrs sell them and CL is full of ratty old door cards for the same price.... finally there is an option for something nicer than stock.

edit: BTW OP I recently learned that 2 door, 4 door and vert door cards are not the interchangeable...

i actually had a similar idea but never got around to doing anything about it. if they looked good i would probably purchase a set.

For now im just planning on m3/two door cards. Also the will be professionally cut so it will be clean and very light weight.

this is a great idea. if you can get good fitment and easy install i would definitely consider. otherwise im making my own
