I have a maplight rear view mirror.

I bought it because its much nicer looking. No leaking foam glue etc.

I tested the lights when I installed it. Haven't used them since.

It's kinnda odd but I DID notice that the over quality on the map lite mirriors is much better then the others.

I think it's a great improvement over using the dome lights over your head. Great for changing cds in the dark.
Though my mirror glass seems to shake a bit, is there a common fix for this?

Theres a pin on the back that you need to turn until its firmly planted agaisnt the windshield

EDIT: Worth it, but not 100 bucks, around 50 to 80 shipped is reasonable

mine's not long enough, or somehow it doesn't fit right in my '91. I have it screwed all the way out but it's still not snug against the window. I'll get a rubber spacer or something for it eventually, but it doesn't bother me too much right now.

Nando has mine in his parts car now, and I hate the fact that my new 318is doesnt have one. Definately pick one up!

I have used mine a few times but the over all quality is very nice. Passengers have used mine many a times.
