Guten Parts gift certificates. Some custom vinyl decals for the track cars (their names). New helmets for the track stuff, or nice harnesses for the cars. GoPro (or similar) cameras. Wheel studs. A nice photo shoot for their cars.

Kudos to you for asking advice on this stuff. I always tell my family what I want for E30 stuff...and I usually still don't get it!

The older fanatic got one for his rebuild he loves and I got the young fanatic a sweet shifter knob from Germany last year.
