Sourcing a Quarter panel.

My car sadly has a little more rust then I thought its sadly gone from a project to PROJECT. Now I'm determined to fix this no matter the time and effort and of course $$. I plan on working with these car for a living so I gotta learn sometime. If any one knows where i can get one of these that would be great!

Not sure if it is still available or how much it costs, but you can buy repair panels. Get the part number from here:

Then just give it to Blunt (BluntTech.com) or BMA and see if they can get it. Your only other option is to cut it out of a parts car.

I got the idea to call my local BMW and they can order any body for the car they want 390 for a panel and can take up to six weeks to get. I threw the part numbers in on ECStuning and i can get everything from the trunk floor to the outer wheel arch for way cheaper then any other places I've seen. They claim they are genuine parts to.

you can get it cheaper at Tischer than ECS.. And what has ECS ever done for the community?? Im sure ECS is a fine company but support those who support your hobby. Tischer is a sponsor of this board.

Never heard of tischer. I tried running the part numbers on your site but got no results. I just tried searching for there website on google and got nothing. Do they have a site?

Okay I put my part number in and it said the part number was changed and it gave me the quarter panel for a 87 325es and i have a 84 320i, will they work?

post the part number and i can help you' but yes that should work the split was I believe 9/87 to be sure post the number you have

The rest of the car as zero rust just that right side, idk why its so bad in one spot and there isn't any rust on the rest of the car. I wanna learn to do body work to since like I said I plan on working with these cars as a career. This car should be good enough to learn what I need to know about body work since it covers pretty much every aspect of body work.
