MILLER Pro induction kit or MAF/WAR kit? little help?

I want to change my intake a little, for a few reasons,(i dont like the way the stock box looks, i hate the way it sounds, and of course, i want more power)
Ive found two very promising options. Ive read up a little on both, but I just cant decide on one.
On bimmerfest they seem to love the MAF/WAR because of the WARs tuning capability. my problems are the 750$ price tag, the fact I dont know how to tune, and I'd only have a chip and a MAF, id still have to build the rest of my intake. ( another 60 -100 bucks)
Im leaning towards the pro induction kit because it has a MAF, the basic chip/tune for it, and all the piping, for 225$ less.
Im typing in to ask if i should go through the hassle of designing my own intake with the MAF/WAR kit or just get the PSIK kit to suit my needs.
I only want to do three mods to my car, Full intake, chip, and full exhaust.
(thinking longtube headers into a Y pipe into a single hushpower then another y pipe to split it, and two pipes out the back. )
Any info and advice is appreciated, thanks in advance!

My opinion is the war chip is good if you plan to do more tuning/ mods then you've mentioned. The chip included can be set to the injectors you choose and mods. Again this is my opinion and Im running their maf w KA intake and Im very happy w look and sound.
I love that people ask stupid questions so I dont have.

A friend just did a Split Second conversion on his- I was skeptical, but the
car DOES run a noticable bit better, and Split Second was REALLY helpful
on the phone with him- he's not particularly electrically savvy...

if it comes with a programmable intake on the PSIK kit then shit sign me up. if she doesnt explode on me I may go fully built turbo some ten years from now.
        for now, PSIK and exhaust.

I like the KAs functionality, since it has that extra tube coming from the end that you can stick anywhere, i just find it ugly. but since its under my hood that doesnt really matter.
and one more quick q, whatcha think of my exhaust idea? (longtube headers into a single hushpower muffler then a y pipe to split it and two pipes out the rear) ?

For $750 you can get a PnP mega squirt and delete the AFM/MAF entirely. Why not go down that path?

Pnp? I know about the MS standalones, but arent their issues with them like code readings and what not?
And if i run a ms, can i delete my icv and all those other lines in my intake boot ?

Thanks for the link, but theres two problems. One. I dont know what 80% of that stuff is, and two, have no idea how to mess with or install any of it. :/ i do like the idea of complete control over my car though, like a jailbroken iphone type thing. If there was something equivlant to a map key for all the lingo in volved id love to study it.

Then dive in. The MS forum was pretty supportive last I looked...
