Today in my sociology class we had a Phoenix Police officer come in and talk (no cop/Lukas jokes guys). The officer made national headlines a few years ago when survived a car crash that left him badly disfigured.
Anyway, he mentioned before he became a cop he worked as a "lines man." He described the job as someone who works on lines at a different location each day and makes a "ridiculous" amount of money". He only had one year of college and a HS degree when he became a lines man.
Any idea what he was talking about? If I can make a "ridiculous" amount of money doing this, I'm game. I'm not looking to make a career out of it, but I'm looking for the best/fastest way to save up 5 figures so I can start buying properties as I want to start a Real Estate empire. I was thinking auto sales was the way to go, but I'm willing to look at other opportunities.
