X is stupid, but don't connect it with music automatically. I like some techno. Daft Punk is sweet, and Progidy is tight. I don't rave, but I still dig the music.

Sometimes techno, dance, house, etc. is the only type of music that has really good beats. And sometimes you're just in the mood for that shit.
