One of the best CD's I have heard in a long time is Nick Warren's last CD, Global Underground in Rekjavik, Iceland. His career definately goes out with a bang with this CD. Also, LTJ Bukem's Live @ Rebirth is amazing, and so is Mark Farina - Mushroom Jazz.

i j got a new trance CD, whoever asked. Pure Trance 2 is the name. the first couple tracks are off the hook. DJ Dara is awesome, my friend has the CD. Dieselboy is def a fave of mine too. my friend spins dnb, and always spins his records.

damn, sucks having no internet for a few days while i moved; i'm way late on this thread.

i've played records at underground parties in the bay area of cali for about 4 years now, and have stuck with my current genre of minimal techno for 3. i am expanding my repertoire to include rhythmic noise so i'll be able to play the few goth clubs around the town i've just moved to-

if i had to pick a few favorite artists, they'd be chris leibing, andreas kramer, and glenn wilson- get on soulseek and look up a mix set by each and you'll find my favorite stuff. it's very tribal, pretty beat-oriented, but for me there's nothing like having a huge stack of speakers and a room of 200+ people to weave my records to.

that beats even driving at the limit, and it will until i have a *very* fast car.
