If you want cheap ass parts go to e-bay. If you want real part be a man and pay the money for good quality parts.
    M/42's use a different bar then others w/ m20's

Put 2 washers under the Sparco bar and it will fit. It's $100.

The Sparco did not fit over my m42, even with washers. And even if it did fit with washers there would have been none or negative threads showing. Not too confidence inspiring.

I have seen them fit, though. So you may want to give it a try.

Anybody know if there is a strut bar for the m42 that will also let me adjust my konis? I think the racing dynamics strut gets in the way. I've never seen a Hartge.

The RD bar fits fine. I don't know if it would allow access for Koni adjustment, but I'm sure it won't let you run camber plates.

Well it fit Robby's car and had enough thread to fill the whole nut.

knock the stupid studs out, and use longer bolts. you all try to make things harder than they really are around here. go the cheap way, its an e30!

That's actually what I ended up doing. I used longer bolts in 2 of the strut mount holes. Works like a charm.
