Police report, then a boot to the head should do the trick. OR get a wax ring from home depot (you know, the thing you put under a toilet befor you seat it) and stick it under his handles, That shit is impossible to get out.OR if you can act like your his friend, have him show you "whats under the hood" and wait till he looks away then take the return spring off of the throttle. Thats a classic. HTH

3 friends, all black clothes, 4 balaclavas, and 1 car he wont recognize in a part of town hed never expect to see you. I'm sure you can figure it out. That is if he doesnt't pay for the damages. No point in working someones ass if they rectify their mistake.

Some dumb idiot bounced a basketball on my hood to set off my alarm once. I didn't notice the large shallow dent until about a few weeks later though. I absolutely hate people who vandalize other peoples' cars, because I know how much I hate done to me. But my roommate put a softball through his windshield. I felt better. :twisted:

Police report, statements from witnesses and statement to school. One he might get his parking privelges revoked, Two you don't get the repucussions for stooping to his stupidity level. and Three if he can't park there he won't be a menace to of school mates cars.

Yea, first go for a police report. Any witnesses?

If that won't go through...take a pencil out of your backpack, remove his valve stem caps, and drain the air out of all his tires. No damage, just a PITA on his part.
