• engine Cooling
o Thermostat
o Hoses
o Sensors
• ICV and vacuum lines
Top half do now before any heavy driving. (Your basic maintenance)
Bottom half do only if they are non functional. (such as a broken sensor or cracked hoses). Once you get it driving then worry about cosmetics and better suspension.

What you have here doesn't look that bad however, you need to take it slow and pace yourself. Many top E30 resto's take years and thousands of dollars. Bringing an E30 back is a labor of love, patience and pride. Keep looking around the forum and ask for help, if not a project such as this will kill your will and your wallet!FEEDBACK:

Post close up pics of any rust areas.
She doesn't look bad at all. Hard to say over the internet with dark low res pics. But from what I can see so far looks like it is worth working it (ie, don't go looking for another chassis).
