I have driven both, but each very differently. I took a Gallardo up to canada with my buddy so we were mainly cruising. There was one long stretch of road however where i punched it and really got use out of those 550 hp right behind me. I probably hit 145 on the clock. It was the most exhilarating feeling i had had at that moment. I drove the Ferrari 360 on a closed course in a mall parking lot. The highest speed i could get was probably 60mph. But it was all about taking the turns, i was really pushing it to see how well a ferrari handled. It handled like a boss! I actually paid to record the video, be easy on my driving skills lol.

Fast forward to 2:35 mark where i get started:

    I say, try Ferrari first.

But yeah I would definitely go with the Ferrari...

Haha, I meant pro/works teams. You're definitely right though.

Ever driven a car like them before? I feel like the Gallardo would be a much more forgiving car to push towards the limit than the 360 would be with it's AWD system. I have driven neither, I'm just speculating.

This. But if they are both manuals, then I hear Ferrari's are much easier to drive. Your wife is a keeper, by the way

I didn't know gellardo's were awd. I think after hearing all of this I may choose the Ferrari.

yEs, Gallardos are AWD. Well, those are Audi R8's at the end.

                              Plot twist both are paddle.

Ferrari, but it's not my favorite newer F car at all.

If it was a Murci, I'd probably go for that of the 360.

But if a 430 or 458 were on the table again the odds would be in the F car arena.

Why not both? In all reality they are supercars that are pretty cool.

Maybe you'll have to go to this event when it's back in town and go for the Lambo to compare in the future.

Its supposed to be $500, she got a great deal, under $100 from Groupon. So I don't think another time is going to be possible. This is going to be once in a lifetime opportunity for me. I am just on an Army salary and my wife doesn't work.
