    George, read the stuff from this guy:


    he's got another thread on his 3 liter build (I think, might be a 2.8). these guys are getting 300hp+ out of M20s. race engines with nasty characteristics for the street, yes, but it shows the potential in the motor.

    uh huh. I don't like dicking around with my motor every time the weather changes. or at all, really. the 3 hours I spent on the dyno in 2011 was the last time I had to touch it. :p

        Hmm, last time I tuned my carbs was two years ago. Been great ever since then. I see to many guys tune themselves in circles or into corners.

          OK, you're right. Carbs are superior to EFI. must be why so many cars use them these days. :p
