Meh, it's 90 degrees. I make a sharpie or paint pen mark on the bolt head at 12:00 and just turn it to 3:00. Done.
When it's an oddball torque angle like 60 or 120 degrees I use a gauge, but for anything that's quarter turn increments I don't bother.
You can get electronic torque/angle wrenches nowadays that take the guesswork out of it for you, but they're spendy and I can't testify to their accuracy.
