E30 Smog Check Help - Visual Inspection Wont Pass

I don't have the stock parts. I bought the car like this.
and I had it passed before through my Mechanic. But he is no longer my mechanic because he closed his Shop down and I lost touch with him so I'm not sure who had gotten it smogged from.

I have the name of a shop, but it'd be easier to fix your car than it would be to help you break the law.

Put the stock shit back - you don't need 4 horsepower that badly.

Go buy the parts, classified section here should work, or sell it as is. If its just the exhaust, itll be very easy.

I've owned the car for 4 years, im selling it because i need the money for a house.

Its a great car. mine is a red convertible and a 92 model e30 which is the last year they made them.

I've done a bit of work to it, converted the convertible motor into manual most recentlyh

I seriously doubt a narc would keep pestering a thread like this. Im just someone feeling desperate and not wanting to put anymore money into my car by replacing parts and paying for labor when im trying to sell it. labor and parts im looking at around 700 bucks according to my mechanic

how about a picture of your car's motor (specifically the headers), with a piece of paper folded in half, the current day's date and your initials?

cellphone picture works. that should be really easy to do.
