Dumb F*** hit my E30.

I was making a perfectly legal U-Turn, about 50-75% through the U-Turn dumb fuck at the stop sign decided to plow into my front passenger side fender and a little bit of my door. I had no stop sign, nothing. It's waiting overnight at the tow company inside and then being towed to the place who does all of Autobahn BMWs work. Took a pic with my cell phone, waiting for the pic to be received. The fender is fucked, bent the door a little and bent the corner of the bumper.

I had no stop sign he did, I was in the turning lane. Don't recall if I used my turn signal, I had no yield sign, no stop sign, no lights, nothing.

and now to piss in your cheereo's. if she had insurance you will have to fight your ass off to keep them from totaling your bmw depending on your car's age, milage, and the costs of the repair. eventhough the other person hit you, the other ins company can total your car unless you had your own car covered for a replacement value (read full coverage), then your campany will go through you, by fileing a claim on your behalf, and go after the other company's ins. if you are lucky, you will get your car fixed w/ little or no out of pocket cost, if not you can buy back your car from the ins. co...as a total...get a reconstructed/salvage title...and go on your way. this will make it harder to sell your car when you do, your ins. my be higher since you now have a salvage titled car, and shit will suck for you. i know it is a fucked deal, and i didn't believe it until it happened to me with my jetta (luckily i had full coverage on it for $32,000 replacement value) and when i started working in bodyshops and seeing it happen to people with older cars all the time. it is one of the things that they forget to tell you when you are buying your ins policy. good luck! at least you now know what you are in for before they screw you and you can't do anything about it.

Be wary of the insurance companies. When Monroe fucktards messed up my ix their insurance totalled the car without even looking at the car, then proceeded to only offer me 900 bucks. It took almost 2 months to get em up to 2500. Have fun and good luck man, your going to need it.
