I've got a dibed DTM style. Works well once warm but can be a pain to get into gear on a cold morning. Might be worth mentioning that it's also got a UUC DSSR in there.

This. And if I can get a shorter Bimmerworld solid mount shifter I'll go with that and the AKG DSSR. That answers both parts, whether you meant shift knob or SSK
