Well... got a tracking number last week, still says May 23 tracking info recieved no other updates. You guys just print the label to keep me happy or is this thing actually going to ship? 2 day priority shipping should be here by now.

I have no reason lie to you about shipping information.

I was provided 4 tracking numbers last week from VEI for packages that have been shipped and yours was one of them.

Your number is 9405 5036 9930 0302 3735 97

Another r3v member tracking number is 9405 5036 9930 0302 3735 73

I will call USPS in the morning and have them do a trace in their system tomorrow and find out where the package is.

USPS could not do anything with the tracking number and I have left messages with VEI to get back to me.

So once again I say something and we get progress. Looks like it was accepted at USPS tonight. Pretty bad I have to speak up to keep it moving. Not going to lie to you, spending several hundred dollars on a gage setup it should get here quicker than this with less hassle than this. Made to order or not a one month lead time is a long time. Hope it's all it's cracked up to be.

I designed the gauge. VEI Systems is my partner and they assemble and ship the gauges.

As I stated I have no reason to deceive you or any other customer and put my reputation on the line to back that statement. VEI had issues woth their relocation and then their sensor suppliers, this information was provided to everyone who had an order delayed as a result.

If you are unhappy with how things transpired to date then please refuse the package and I will refund your payment including the shipping costs, as I do not want anyone to feel as if I have been dishonest representing my product in any way.
