Who is going to the Drive 4 Corners BMW Weekend?

I went last year and it was a blast. I barely blinked and the weekend was over. I loved the caravan out with 10-15 other BMW enthusiasts through the mountain roads. I also liked the freedom to do as I pleased (attend car stuff vs exploring the town) and relax. I think there was 60 BMWs at the photo shoot on top of the pass.

Since the e30 Picnic is pretty far from me, this is a great alternative for enthusiasts like me in the Rocky Mountain Region to attend.

    Who else is going? ;D

    And a few of mine:

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

I will be there of course, wouldn't miss it!

Would sure be a great trip for those from further away-- talk about an adventure you will be talking about for a long time ;D

Right now almost 40 registered cars, everybody driving hundreds of miles to the same scenic focal point.

I wonder if the E30's will be the dominating vehicle as evidenced by the registered sign ups.... That hasn't yet happened in the event history you know.

    Humble beginnings: ;)

Awesome! We are working on getting a caravan started in Tuscon and heading right through Flagstaff so you guys can hop on.

I'll make sure they plan to stop there in Flagstaff, then.

I know the majority of the scheduled events are on Saturday, but are there other things happening on Sunday/Monday? Trying to sort out the travel plans/accommodations.

Majority on Saturday, yes. We had an overwhelming response last year that people did not have enough time in town to explore and go hiking and relax. Hence this year we have extended through Monday. Highlight of activities will be the weekend, although we plan to have a few less formal activities late sunday and into monday.

A public schedule of weekend activities will be released by this time next week.
