I think they are, I have not even seen the car in person, yet... I will let you know.. I am about 80% sure I am getting it..

the rear end looks really dumped... maybe ie is eibachs wiht no spring pads...

Its dropped for sure and it hard to tell, but I dont think those bottlecaps as they appear to have a stepped lip that one can see from the side. Plus, who in thier right mind would strip and polish the outer ring of bottle cap rims?

if this 93 vert checks out ok thru the PPI it's an awesome deal !
I once had red on black 93 vert, 5 speed, 93k miles, I sold it for 12k about 5 years ago, but this car has a hard top, another $850-1k add on

That is HOT! I love the red rims. They are definately not bottlecaps, look at the lip. They are 15s or 16s, its hard to tell. They look JDM. If you don't want them, let me know.
