Wow look out, Don't mess with a Caddy CTS-V

LS6 400 hp equipped with a 6 spd. Look out! But 50k cost. And it's fast too, just say the write up on Motor week.

It kill a standard E30 any day of the week. Looks like they are building a M5 fighter. And are going to campaign it in SCCA events. Yes it's running skinny 245 45 18's with 6 bolt hubs??? Wow any need for those, but it has massive Brembos from factory.

Yea, no doubt. One of Alex's friends has one on order. It will actually be closer to 4 and a quarter, because it uses the Z06 motor. Fast stuff, definately look out!! 12's all day long.

It's running rather skinny tires from what I hear, nothing bigger than a 245 or 255 out back! I'm sure Cadillac has a 'save your ass' traction device in it though.

No I believe it's slightly smaller at 4.0 liters. Anyone else?

              The roadster uses a 320hp northstar V8.

Finally an American car company that is doing something right.

They've got the formula down now, so no more 300hp front wheel drive Caddys I hope. Time will tell if they've improved reliability and quality though.

Baller. Looks better than the GTO and is still fast as hell.

Hell, looks better than a BMW.

What is funny I read an article how Chrystler and GM had sent all thier sales managers to schools to teach them how to resell RWD cars now since they have spent the last 20 years telling everyone that FWD is safer/better.
                  Im now E30less.

                      I beg to differ.

                      The '99 Evoq

One of the technological advances featured on Evoq is Night Vision, which uses thermal-imaging technology to help a driver detect potentially dangerous situations well beyond the range of the car's headlamps. The infrared sensor is mounted in the front valence panel, with the image projected on the EyeCueT head-up display that appears to be over the front edge of the car's hood, in the driver's peripheral vision.

At the center of the console, two flat-panel screens display images captured by the rear-vision cameras. Mounted in the doors of Evoq's exterior, the cameras pop up and take the place of rearview mirrors when the ignition is activated, and retreat into the doors for safety and to prevent theft when the ignition is off. The side-by-side screens on the console give a panoramic view of the scene behind the car.

The Forewarn Back-up Aid rear obstacle detection system uses three sensors in the back bumper, one radar and two ultrasonic, to detect when Evoq is nearing an object as the driver backs up. When an obstacle is detected, even if it's unseen, the system's electronic control module alerts the driver by appropriately illuminating three banks of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) on the instrument panel to indicate the closeness of the sensed object.

My Dad's friend put a down payment on one at the '98 Autoshow in Portland, OR. But they never ended up going into production.

                            yeah right

like chrysler said to his salesmen : the new Voyager (4) has 200% more light than the previous generation .
so I think that previous model hasn't headlights :D
