if it has a bad engine? (timing belt broke?). body seems decent, schwarz in color, has 5 basket weaves.

can you put the OBC from an 88is into the 318? i know i'd need to swap out pretty much everything but i have a complete donor 325is i'd get the parts from.

did you mean to type four thousand five hundred?

If you don't buy a 318is with a mere busted engine for less than $500 I will.

If the timing belt broke then the engine is just fine ;) If the body is straight and you have a complete 325is donor...then what are you waiting for?

i want to get something clean for my next e30 purchase becaue the one i have now is going to get parted out and scrapped, donated to a clean auto 325i w/ a bad head, or part it out and keep the shell for the future in a few years to make a track car out of.

because it will cost me $50 for a trailer, $20 for gas, $450 for the car, and all it has good are two plastic bumpers and basketweave wheels with tires. oh and it has the good shadowline rear non pop out windows too.

i dont know if its an LSD some dude named roberto is the owner and he put some cool 325is badge on there. i might go take a look at it monday anyway.

and you'd still make a decent profit

                          Timing belt?

I'd buy it. Moreso if it was a 318i, but hey, it's not a perfect world.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

i've seen guys sell those plastic bumpers for only $300 a pair, the rear windows for 80-100 and the wheels/tires which i dont even know are in good shape for $200.

thats only $600, so i'd make what $100 bucks, lol, no thanks.

You aren't thinking outside of the box. An E30 with a blown engine can make you a bigger profit than that, or it can still be a good buy. If you won't buy it, pass it on to someone that will.
