    Said he pulled it himself over a decade ago after the cAr was rear ended...swore up and down it's an m5 engine.
    It doesn't look like an s38, (5spd anyhow) and that's no s85 lol

    Anxious to find out what it really is.

    He's telling me now it's a straight 6 with 6spd tranny never split from an m5.

    I hypothesize it was pulled from a 6cyl swapped Ti, thus the gentleman thinks it's rare since all Ti's are 4cyl.
