I am a partner in one company.
and I also work for my dad in my free time.

I get paid way to much at my main job, and working for my dad just cuts down on my "cost" for parts.
    Below the radar...

I work at the local BMW Dealer in the Parts department.
I have 20 units at city college, all auto tech. I work 20 hours a week.

I am too busy to do much of anything with my cars these days... just trying to get through school and off to BMW STEP.

parts would be a pretty cool job i think, except at my dealer all the parts guys are super old. They probably wouldn't be that much fun to work with.

I've been unemployed since summer, when I had a $8.15 an hour paid internship. I made $1600 over the summer. Wow, that money is dissappearing, that's for sure.

I'm trying to employ myself here, with web design and computer consultation, but school is still a pita. And, I don't wanna bother finding a job somewhere, I'd prefer not to work with anything having to do with food - so, my choices are kind of limited. ;)

              pfft babies,

full time 2nd year auto service tech, i also go to night school to get my smog licence, a/c retrofit, inspectors licence, and some metal courses, so i can become a performance shop owner and start fabbing up some parts. and on weekends i fix cars for people on the side....sweet cash in that, also i pick up parts for other people's bmw's.

and then the g/f is stuck in the middle somewhere ;)

There needs to be one more category for the poll, "Work full time and have no money". :D

I've been working for 3 years now at Movietyme Video, a locally owned independent video store. We have in the last few years become the hot spot in most of the central part of Oregon for hard to find and foreign films. The pay sucks, but I love working there, and I get all the free rentals I can handle.

i work partime at CVS, about 15 hours a week on average. Its a pretty good job as it is about....2 minutes from my house. i never have to schedule in time to just GET there. Plus my boss loves me, and i can get away with doing jack shit when im not running the register....i think im considered the photolab god....not always a good thing though.

Sorry I left you out Josh. But don't you have 3 pennies saved up for your next car? :) Keep strong.

Anyway, it's all about doing what you love (or at least don't hate!)

I work part time at a real estate analysis home business making $9.50 an hour. I just look up house deeds and record certian info into databases. It's cool cause I can call them up whenever I want to work whenever I want. I haven't been working much lately though because tennis season just started.

Full time Civil Engineering student and I work part time for the County of Sacramento. I mostly do drafting/design of drainage facilities within the county. Pay is really good (progressive wage changes as I get higher in school) and it is a government job (great hours and holidays). It funds most all of my needs when working part time and gives me some good bank over the summer/winter break.
